These terms cover your use of the AstuX Studios website, our Discord server, our Roblox group and any Roblox experiences we publish (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
AstuX Studios ("AstuX", "we", "us") is an independent Roblox development group, currently run by its founder, Kash. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
2. Roblox and Discord rules come first
Our experiences run on Roblox and our community runs on Discord. You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use, Roblox Community Standards and the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. If these terms conflict with theirs on a platform matter, theirs win.
3. Who can use the Services
You must meet the minimum age and account requirements of each platform you use. Discord requires users to be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use the Services.
4. Our experiences
- Experiences are provided "as is" and may contain bugs.
- We may update, change, pause or remove any experience, feature or item at any time.
- We do not promise that an experience will always be available or that saved progress will never be lost.
- Virtual items, currency and progress have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use exploits, cheats, bots, macros or any tool that gives an unfair advantage or damages the experience.
- Try to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer or steal from our experiences, scripts or assets.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse other people.
- Share inappropriate, hateful, sexual or illegal content.
- Impersonate staff, other players or other groups.
- Buy, sell, trade or give away accounts, items or currency outside what the platforms allow.
- Scam, beg, spam or advertise without permission.
Our Community Rules explain this in more detail.
6. Enforcement
If you break these terms or the Community Rules we may warn, mute, kick or ban you from an experience, our Discord server or our group, and we may report you to Roblox or Discord. Decisions are made by our staff and are usually final, but you can ask us to review a decision by contacting us on Discord.
7. Ownership
The AstuX Studios name, logo, website, scripts, models, music, designs and other content we create are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, re-upload or reuse them without our written permission. You keep ownership of what you create, but if you post it in our Services you give us a free, worldwide licence to show it there. Content on Roblox is also covered by Roblox's own terms.
8. Feedback and bug reports
If you give us ideas, feedback or bug reports, we may use them without credit or payment.
9. Joining the team
AstuX Studios is currently run by one person and plans to grow a team. Taking part in the community, testing, or helping us build does not make you an employee and does not entitle you to payment, a share of earnings or ownership of anything. Any payment, revenue share, credit or ownership of work must be agreed with us in writing first.
10. Third-party services
We link to and rely on services we do not control, such as Roblox and Discord. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
11. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, AstuX Studios is not liable for any loss or damage from using or being unable to use the Services, including lost progress, lost items or lost accounts. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any legal rights you have as a consumer.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
